Deer Valley Resort includes three day lodges. Snow Park, at the base, is home to the Seafood Buffet, one of "America's Top Restaurants" as rated by Zagat Restaurant Guide. The Mariposa, Deer Valley's foremost white-linen restaurant and stage for the famous Chocolate Snowball dessert is at Silver Lake Lodge. Royal Street Cafe is also at Silver Lake serving lunch, apres-ski and dinner during the winter, and lunch in the summer. Don't miss the Royal Brownie with Malted Milk Ice Cream. Empire Canyon Lodge opened to rave reviews for the Olympic Winter 2002. All three lodges offer exquisite meals and fresh-from-the-oven desserts throughout the day and host special events year round.
